There isn’t necessarily a one size fits all car detailing service and your vehicle will always be treated as one of a kind. Ideally, we need to see your vehicle before any work is done and discuss it with you in order to understand its history and the most appropriate treatment and products.

Over the years, we’ve developed a detailed 13-stage process designed to achieve the best possible results. We then adapt this process (full details of which are below) according to your vehicle’s particular requirements.

New Car Detail

NEW CAR
DETAIL
for a better than showroom finish

Time – up to 2 days
Includes our full 13 stage process

This treatment gives your vehicle that better than showroom finish, using some of the best products and protection available. Our full 13 stage process ensures your vehicle is free of swirl marks, scratches, sanding marks, over spray which can occur with a new vehicle.

Extras are available, with glass sealants, wheels being removed for coatings, and interior leather and fabric protection being the most popular.

We always recommend that if possible, you bring the vehicle to us unwashed and completely untouched to lower the risk of any correction being required. This may mean asking the dealer not to prepare the vehicle in any way.

As part of the 13-stage process, a single stage machine polish is carried out to remove light surface swirls and defects while adding gloss and depth to the paintwork and gently lifting the appearance of the whole vehicle.

Minor Paint Correction

MINOR PAINT CORRECTION
2 stage machine polish

Time – 2 – 2½ days
Includes our full 13 stage process

Our most popular service, this includes a two-stage machine polish to remove light swirls, scratches and defects that have been caused over the years by poor washing techniques and strong, unsuitable chemicals.

The first stage of machine polishing is carried out using a medium / heavy cut compound and cutting pad that removes up to 80% of the surface defects to restore the paintwork. The second stage uses a much lighter combination of polish and pad to refine the finish and give that deep gloss look everyone craves.

THE ULTIMATE TREATMENT
or 90-95% levels of correction

Time – approx. 4-5 days
Includes our full 13 stage process

Using as many stages of machine polishing as necessary to bring your vehicle back to life. 100% correction isn’t always possible due to the level of defect and paint depths, but in all cases these defects will be vastly reduced.

We will always take the time to explain the work we’re going to do and why. Our methodical and painstaking 13 stage process ensures every aspect of your vehicle is cleaned, polished and protected:

  • Alloy wheels cleaned including inner-rim (wheels can be removed for cleaning at prior request)
  • Wheel arches and door shuts cleaned and degreased
  • In-depth wash process using the two-bucket system and pH neutral shampoo/foams
  • Tar deposits and ferrous contaminants chemically removed
  • Remaining bonded contaminates removed with appropriate clay bars
  • Vehicle rinsed and dried with soft microfibre drying towels and air blowers
  • Complete panel wipe down and high-risk areas masked for protection
  • Single stage machine polish to freshen the paintwork by removing light defects and swirls
  • Complete panel wipe down to remove polish residues and oils
  • Single layer of paint sealant and/or carnauba wax applied (ceramic upgrade available)
  • All trims treated with permanent trim protection
  • Tyres dressed and protected
  • Tailpipes cleaned and protected
